The redistricting Committee has met in accordance with the direction of the City Commission, evaluated the materials provided, considered the applicable law, interacted with City staff and developed a redistricting plan.

On January 24, 2022, the City Commission of the City of Sanford approved Ordinance No. 4658, adopting Map, Plan 1A. This map will be used in the City of Sanford district boundaries for City elections for the next 10 years (2022-2031).
