Youth Baseball
Sanford Babe Ruth Baseball provides opportunities for Sanford’s young athletes to learn the game of baseball in a nurturing, educational and fun environment. Although our focus is on providing excellent programs at low cost, the league has recently seen much success in both league play and in tournament play with multiple teams winning District Championships and moving on to State Tournaments in 2023. Sanford Baseball has a long history of excellent players going through the ranks of youth baseball leagues, high school, college and MLB and we strive to continue to refine those talented athletes into great players and people.
Your sponsor funds allow the City of keep the fees to parents at the lowest in the area along with providing the much needed scholarships. We are committed to ensuring that everyone plays and sponsor funds assist with scholarships for those in need who cannot afford the league fees.
The Herbert “Whitey” Eckstein Chase Park is the home of Sanford Babe Ruth Baseball, along with the travel teams comprised from players from our league in the Seminole County COBRA League. All of the banner programs listed below are good for the spring and fall baseball seasons. This will include league play, post season team tournaments, COBRA League play, possible District and State Tournaments, along with Travel Ball Tournament play from outside organizations. Estimates range from 2500 to 5000 spectators and players per week inside Chase Park during the seasons and those entering Chase Park will see your business or organizations effort to provide recreational facilities and programs for all.

- The league wide sponsor provides additional amenities to the league not covered by other packages and league fees. This package is annual and provides all of the amenities of the MVP package listed above plus the additional perks listed here.
- This package includes signs on the outfield fences of all four fields at Chase Park, the fence at Zinn Beck and the outfield wall at Sanford Memorial Stadium.
- Signage at the main entrance(s) to all baseball facilities.
- The league will be titled with the sponsor name included and this title will be used for all marketing, scheduling, websites and other normal and typical use of the league name.
