Adult Sports Opportunities
We offer a wide variety of adult sports programs. We have football, volleyball, softball, and more. All of the programs are listed through our online customer portal. You can create an account, schedule, and even make a payment.

Flag Football
Flag Football Games are scheduled on Sunday afternoons with game times to be determined by the number of teams in the league. Each team will play a minimum of 6 games. Play will consist of 7 on 7 for adults aged 18 and over. No games will be scheduled before noon on Sundays.
- Team Registrations December 8th – February 12th.
- Cost Per Team: $400.
- Games begin on Sunday afternoon, February 22nd.
- All games occur at Tim Raines Sports Park located at 1211 Mellonville Avenue.

The Sanford-Seminole Flag Football Leagues are provided to the citizens of Sanford and Seminole County through a combined effort of the City of Sanford Parks and Recreation Department, the Sanford Police Department and the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
Softball
The City of Sanford Recreation Department offers several adult softball leagues throughout the year, including Church and Recreational Leagues on Monday and Coed Wednesday nights. Our leagues are sanctioned by the Recreation Department & Central Florida ASA/USA.
- Cost Per Team: is $450 + $45 ASA fee
- Tuesday Night Men’s League
- Wednesday Night Semi-Coed
Fall Season Registration 7/29 – 9/30.
- Cost Per Team: $350.00 plus $45 ASA fee.
- 8-game season. The first day of games is October 7th and 8th.

Volleyball
The City of Sanford Parks and Recreation Department proudly presents an Adult Volleyball League!
- Team Registration is open through December 8th, through Feb 12th 2026 or until full.
- Cost Per Team: $200.00.
- 18 years and older.
- Games held at Westside Community Center on Sunday evenings, beginning on Sunday, Feb 22nd.
