Starting Oct. 28, 2024 (Thursday), Locust Ave. will be closed with a detour from E. 5th St. to E. 2nd St. to continue new storm drainage installation and roadway restoration.
E. 4th St. will also be closed with a detour from Locust Ave. to Orange Ave.
