For the safety of our residents and visitors, the City of Sanfordโs Marina Management Company, F3, has requested, and the City has agreed, to the temporary closure of the public boat ramps located at the Downtown Sanford Marina, 531 N. Palmetto Avenue, due to low water levels until further notice. Current conditions have created a sharp drop off at the end of the ramps, which may result in damage to boat trailers, small watercraft and equipment.
For alternate access to the St. Johns River, please use the boat ramps at Lake Monroe, Wayside Park, located at 4150 US 17/92. https://www.seminolecountyfl.gov/…/lake-monroe-wayside
The Marina’s dry docks, ships store, fueling center and other amenities are still open and ready to serve all of our boating guests. For additional information, please contact the City of Sanford Parks and Recreation Department at 407.688.5103 or F3 Management at the Downtown Sanford Marina at 407.322.2910.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
