City Hall Implementing a New Visitor Management System During Business Hours

City Hall will be utilizing a new visitor management system during business hours. Visitors will need to have identification to enter the building. A collaborative effort was made to enhance security measures at a reasonable cost without increasing staffing levels. The city is being proactive, and this  is not in response to any particular incidents. Each visitor will be asked for ID, have their photo taken, asked where they are going in City Hall and provided a visitor’s pass that includes an electronic barcode.
