Nestled into the north end of the 18th Street Park right on 1792, your neighborhood garden is waiting for you. This all organic garden allows Sanford residents to own and work their private plot for one year for a very reasonable price, which is why we are currently at capacity and planning to expand this Spring, so get on the waiting list now. Keeping this price reasonable requires the support of all of you, so we have three different types of memberships available.

This park is located in the heart of the Historic District. Centennial Park is the perfect venue for weddings and social gatherings. Located adjacent to the Bettye D. Smith Cultural Arts Center.

Large Gazebo – to make a reservation at this park please call.

During this time, a portion of First Street is closed and is causing an interruption to some parking at Ft. Mellon Park. To assist you, please see the following information. James Dunn Park is a neighborhood park located at 2200 Bel-Air Blvd. that has a small
pond and fountain. Home to several ducks and peacocks, the park is a quiet area to sit and

Magnolia’s park green space reservations are limited to only City-approved special events and any City-approved youth or adult recreation activities pursuant to a written permit form, or agreement, with the City and may be reserved for minimum of two hours during the park hours absent a controlling agreement with the City. A reservation fee and clean-up deposit will be required at the time the reservation is made.

Veterans Memorial is located on the shores of Lake Monroe. This park is dedicated to those who have served our country. Informational kiosks are placed throughout the park and memorial bricks are available for purchase and placement in the park.
