What to Expect During Construction

  • Traffic & Access: Minor delays and inconveniences should be expected. During working hours, limited access will be maintained and coordinated onsite by work crews and traffic control personnel.

  • Full Access: Residents will have full access to resurfaced roads during non-working hours.

  • Milling & Elevation Drops: Roadways will be treated and reshaped before a new lift of asphalt is applied. Expect elevation drops of up to 2 inches—please travel slowly and cautiously through work zones.

  • Paving Timeline: Please allow up to 7 days between roadway treatment and the installation of the final asphalt overlay.

Resident Action Required

To ensure work can be performed safely and efficiently, vehicles must be removed from the roadway:

  • No-Parking Window: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on the scheduled day of application.

  • Restrictions: Absolutely no vehicles, boats, trailers, or debris may be left in the roadway during these hours. Vehicles left in the right-of-way will be towed at the owner’s expense.
