A cocktail party for Sanford history lovers! Join us for an unforgettable evening as we step back in time to what Sanford was like in the 1920s. How did people go #sanfording? What community events and social clubs existed? Immerse yourself in the rich history of Sanford while socializing in a historic home about to celebrate its 100th year!
Indulge in heavy hors d’oeuvres while listening to Jazz in the night air and learn what life was like in Sanford 100 years ago. You can even step up to the bar and order a Loggerhead Distillery drink from one of our local celebrity bartenders! Drinks will have a nostalgic twist! Whether you are a history buff or simply looking for a unique night out, this event is for you.
Throughout the evening you will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful historic home of the Williams family, take photographs at our photo booth and engage in conversation with fellow attendees. From the lively party to the captivating historical displays, this event promises to transport you to a bygone era. During the evening we will hear from Sanford Museum Curator Brigitte Stephenson about historic Sanford’s past with tales of charm and mischief.
Period appropriate attire is recommended. There will be a costume contest at the end of the evening!
You have two ticket options: – General Admission includes food and non-alcoholic drinks – VIP includes a collector cup, plus 2 drink tickets
Don’t miss out on this incredible chance to connect with the history and heritage of Sanford.
