Development Assistance Program (DAP) Workshop

Join us Monday, May 19th, from 3 PM to 5 PM at the Utility Training Room at City Hall, first floor, 300 N. Park Ave. for our NEW Development Assistance Program (DAP) workshop.

This NEW program is designed to help navigate and simplify the City of Sanford’s development process and to provide support for project planning, code enforcement and permitting. This workshop will cover important details about the DAP process and Business Tax Receipts (BTR).

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one discussions with city staff from departments such as Building, Permitting, Planning, and Code Enforcement.
