Volunteer Recognition Nomination Form

In recognition of April as Volunteer Month, we are celebrating Sanford’s volunteers. The City is grateful to have volunteers leading non-profit organizations, supporting non-profit organizations, helping our schools, and helping our neighbors. To be recognized, a volunteer does not have to be in an organized program, as long as they are spending their time helping our community in some way.

In deciding who to recognize, consider the impact and time commitment of the volunteer. Maybe it is someone who has helped for a long time, or someone whose actions had a significant impact?

The recognition will take place at the start of the Sanford City Commission Meeting on April 22 at 7 p.m.

Completed nomination form must be submitted by Monday, April 8, 2024.
