4th Annual Juneteenth – A Freedom Festival
The festival
celebrates Juneteenth with motivational speakers, a DJ, entertainment, a large
variety of vendors, and a few food trucks.
Considering the construction of Ft. Mellon Park and the surrounding
area, the applicant will rent the Civic Center, with its outdoor courtyard.
