- Bridge:Â Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:45 AM
- Chair Pilates:Â Mondays at 3:30 PM
- Hand, Knee and Foot:Â Tuesdays at 1 PM

Celebrate our Golden Anniversary at the 50th Annual Golden Age Games!
 IT ALL STARTED HERE!
The City of Sanford can boast of its significant contributions to our nation’s history in a variety of ways, but its Parks and Recreation Department is especially proud to be the birthplace of the Senior Games movement in the United States.
In 1974, we hosted the nation’s very first, multi-sport event designed specifically for individuals aged 50 and older — paving the way for what is now a nationwide tradition. Although the Games could not take place in 2020, our selection of sports and the number of participants continue to grow each year!
Registration is open from July 1 – October 5, 2025.
Game Competition is October 30 – November 2, 2025.
Join us in celebrating our Golden Anniversary at the 50th Annual Golden Age Games and compete for your gold in any of these sports:  Archery, Bag Toss (Cornhole), Basketball Shooting, Bowling, Golf, Pickleball, Shuffleboard, Swimming, Table Tennis and Track & Field.
