Harvest Moon Dinner

Sanford is all about community—and we’re thrilled to bring back the Harvest Moon Dinner.

Join the Sanford Cultural Guild and the Sanford Museum for a fundraiser supporting the future Sanford Botanical Garden. Gather your favorite people, show off your tablescaping skills, and enjoy an unforgettable evening on the grounds of the Sanford Museum—the future home of the garden.

We’ll provide the table, chairs, cream tablecloth, music, lighting, and a cash bar.  You bring the creativity: choose your own tablescape theme, décor, dinner, drinks, and guests. It is the perfect excuse to support Downtown Sanford’s wonderful restaurants, florists, and home décor shops while creating something memorable together.  Only 10 tables of eight are available, offered first come, first served. Tables must be purchased in full; individual seats are not available.

Evening schedule:
5:00–6:00 p.m. | Participant setup
5:45–6:15 p.m. | Cocktails, music & welcome
6:30–8:30 p.m. | Dinner
8:30–9:30 p.m. | Participant cleanup
