Battle at Camp Monroe
BATTLE AT CAMP MONROE: Join the Museum to travel back in time to the historic Battle at Camp Monroe!
On Friday, February 7, from 9 a.m.–4 p.m., students are invited to reserve a timeslot and rotate around encampment, examining different aspects of Florida’s wartime frontier with experienced experts.
On Saturday, February 8, the general public can join in on the fun and commemorate the battle which initiated the U.S. settlement in what became Sanford.
